Passion Fruit Orange Sorbet

2 cups orange juice

1 cup of sugar

2 cups passion fruit puree (seeds and all)

pinch of salt

1. In a saucepan, combine juice and sugar and bring to boil stirring from time to time. Make sure the sugar has dissolved. Cool.
2. Stir in passion fruit puree.
3. Transfer to the ice cream machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions or follow these instructions for making ice cream without a machine.
