Healthy Egg-free Schnitzel

chicken breasts

ground flax seeds

oat bran

salt

seasoning (paprika, za’atar, turmeric, oregano)

  1. Mix flax seed, oat bran, salt, and seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into portion sizes and pound with a hammer.
  3. Coat each piece with the flax seed mixture.
  4. Lightly grease a skillet or an electric frying pan.
  5. Fry schnitzel for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
