Healthy Egg-free Schnitzel
chicken breasts
ground flax seeds
oat bran
salt
seasoning (paprika, za’atar, turmeric, oregano)
- Mix flax seed, oat bran, salt, and seasoning in a bowl.
- Cut chicken breasts into portion sizes and pound with a hammer.
- Coat each piece with the flax seed mixture.
- Lightly grease a skillet or an electric frying pan.
- Fry schnitzel for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
