Buckwheat Cheese Bake

1 cup uncooked buckwheat

pinch of salt

2 tbsp oil

6 oz (200 gram) farmer’s cheese

½ cup milk

1 egg

5 tbsp sugar

raisins (optional)

  1. Cook buckwheat by simmering 1 cup of grain in  2 cups of boiling water for about 15 minutes. Cool.
  2. Add cheese, milk, egg, oil, sugar, and raisins.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until brown (approximately 25 minutes).
